To be fair, I'm quite a long way away
And I'm watching TV

Ohhhhh I understand now.
I would definitely flash a garter.
I don't know what in agreeing to, but I'm agreeing to it
I had to look it up and they've put it back to Wednesday. This is extremely important, since my ex wife is staying here at the moment, so we're producing more litter than usual.
Wait what, there's no bins today are there?
*suddenly thrown into a panic*
Your weekly match is upon us. St Albans City vs Folkestone Invicta, in which the away team won the league and the home team were left with some thinking to do about an uncertain future.

For three months
Good morning, brethren. One my way back to Hertfordshire today to (possibly) see a team win a league.

"What are these 'convictions' of which you speak? Do you mean like going to prison?"
"Don't try to make the world a better place, that's for kids. Try firing this brown-skinned kid from a cannon into the sun instead"
You deserve a high ten for this :-)
Some political scientist. Had a lot of followers, but his accusation that the Green Party were being cheap populists indicated that he doesn't understand politics as well as he thinks he does. Ain't nothing less 'populist' than speaking up for the trans community and the environment, right now.
If they were being a right prick, definitely.
You sound like a right prick
Your weekend match on UD this weekend will be St Albans City vs Folkestone Invicta in the Isthmian League Premier Division. The away team can win the league with a win, and I've not seen that happen in person for a *really* long time.

To be fair, the older I get, the more I empathise with that homeless guy
Oh, a lot of it was shit, I know, but they haven't got very far since then (and honestly, I'm more interested in how automatically dismissive they were of it than whether it was any good, the resistance to even listening)
On the decline of the Italy men's national team, and the opportunity to reform that their governing body, the FIGC, failed to pay enough attention to.

For anyone wanting to focus more on supporting Spurs Women, you can catch most of the games on youtube.

"Nobody is defending Greenwood's actions", says man who goes on to defend his apologist in the very next sentence.
I watched the penalty shootout on YouTube and can confirm: very funny.
The Occasional Spurs: The Final Insult The decision to appoint a rape apologist is a smack in the face to the club's female supporters, and it's a stain that won't be removed until the club's entire leadership is jettisoned.
From last night, on Spurs and their latest Sideshow Bob in a garden covered in rakes style behaviour.

I am so old, I was middle aged then!
It's longer ago than we give it credit for being
Because at the end of the day, they're worse than England from 1974 to 1982. And hell, they were not a very good team. A lot of stodge, even by England standards.
They went into the final game against Hungary, who'd already qualified, and they were dogshit but won 1-0 thanks to goal that Paul Mariner knew nothing about, it just bounced in off him. I can imagine the famously sober Italian football media will treat this as a moment for quiet reflection.
The first qualification I remember is 1982, and I'll tell you the media having kittens at the possibility of them not making the World Cup when they'd just expanded it from 16 to 24. But England fucked up. They lost away to Norway, Switzerland AND Romania.
I'm inclined to think the same. My first season was 77-78, so that was Second Division, but hoooooo things are different now.
I'd encourage you to stick with the team. They're yours, not theirs.
(My day is writing on the Championship, and I'm writing a guide to it for Spurs fans if they go down.)
