Why does it matter to understand and discipline connectivity inside organizations? - because despite how obvious the connections seem to be from a strategic pov, human connections is build through something else. Sympathy, consistency, time, experience and trust.

On change communication.
My dad was a teacher. He always said: “Kids must hear things 4x to understand. Adults the double”.
I wonder, how much change communication adheres to these numbers.

Notice how the green😃 and red🙁 cluster.
That's because people absorb opinions and emotions from the conversations around them.
🙁 If you sit in a part of the network where frustration dominates, that becomes your experience.
😃 If you are surrounded by engaged colleagues, it spreads too.

From above everything looks different. It does not only give a good view. It also eliminates valuable detail.
This especially applies inside organizations, where getting the ‘frontline’ view makes all the difference.
Like from those people trusted locally by peers.

My favorite place on the Cote d’Azur is Antibes, and especially the 1 km stretch from the Picasso museum to the Nomad statue. At this time of the year with a view to the snow covered mountains.
If you’re celebrating Easter, you know it’s all about the egg hunt. 🐣
In organizations, the same game is playing out but less visible.
Leaders look for answers in reports, dashboards, etc.
But who actually drives change are the 3% or “the golden eggs”.
Where are you searching for them?
From a virtual talk at the start of the pandemic. 4 years later I wrote ‘Connectivity is Broken! Now What?’.
Creating and sustaining human connections is still an uphill battle, but when it works it leads to performance, wellbeing and innovation.
For me it is either the full package incl humor, smiles and laughing… or nothing it all.
I am sure there is a ‘my kind of people’.
Went a bit off path in my morning run today & as always a great decision.
Chemin de Panoramas offered all the 180 degree panorama views of the Mediterranean its name promised.
Friday someone publicly stated he has had a longstanding beef with Innovisor, because we insist on accuracy vs random guessing, data privacy vs names all over, unbiased vs biased, method driven vs whatever suits the day.
We didn’t know of a beef, and will just continue to ignore the irrelevant.
“Initiatives stall not because we lack better sentiment analysis, neuroscience insights, or predictive analytics. They stall because organizational change is fundamentally political, relational, and negotiated.”
What is it with relations? The good ones are sticky.
Just chatted with someone I collaborated with +20 years ago. Instant trust, knowledge sharing and genuine interest.

Human connections are the secret sauce to organizational performance and wellbeing. Still it is widely treated with laissez-fair. As something people must figure out themselves.
But people can't!
Great leaders know connections requires intentionality, commitment and persistence.

A6 #LTHEchat - a daily moment of awe www.outsideonline.com/health/welln...
A4 #LTHEchat - make it as important as the learning. Integrate it before, during and after… and measure it over time. Most teaching I know ignores the tremendous impact relations have on sustaining learning over time
Capacity Building in Ecosystems Without Connection Does Not Ripple.
Who must see the new Innovisor case?

Who leads Capacity Development inside ecosystems and organizations? - if you know any, then please mention them.

Crazy Gartner statistic on #AI #transformation. Only 1 in 5 delivers ROI and 1 in 50 delivers transformation.
This is why organizations join us in this. They get the insights needed to succeed - and helps build understanding as well.

One year ago this German book was released: Leading in crisis - Leading out of the crisis!
Happy to be cited in chapter 10 re the #ThreePercentRule, and that my book ‘Another Change Fiasco! Now What?' is mentioned as a key source.
Update on the Danish election. Parliament will consist of 12 political parties. The biggest having about 20% of the representatives.
Looks pretty messy.
IMHO it still calls for unity, not division. Issues are too great with Greenland, War in Europe etc.

In @innovisor.bsky.social we are not good at BS, but we are good at delivering real value.

“What do we do once we identify the 3%?”
The 3% are not there to represent leadership. They help leadership connect with the real organization.
When leaders activate the right people, change spreads through everyday conversations.
