I think I found it at my third stop. I didn’t know the artist’s name, I just asked staff if they knew ‘SHEBAM! POW! BLOP! WIZZ!’ which I most certainly transcribed wrong. I was extremely awkward and thought I was going to die of embrassement asking this to the staff but I needed that song!

I wish J. Kenji López-Alt would put out a book of his vegan recipes, some are labour-intensive but all I’ve made are amazing.

I subbed water packed tofu for silken, cause that’s what I had, and used black salt instead of kosher for the eggy flavour.
At 12 I was going between Anne of Green Gables, Stephan King, Sweet Valley High, Steinbeck, and Anne Rice. It was fine.
