I like RVN because he’s done the hard yards for 10+ years in coaching gigs at various levels and environments before taking a top job. His PSV effort was probably a 7/10. Also from what I’ve read, his philosophy suits us. And yeah, he’s also got that big name factor so nobody will be underwhelmed.
