She was mentioned once, in passing, in Ramona the Pest! I reread the series a couple years ago and I did a double-take at that part.

I imagine the contents of this brochure written in the voice and style of an angry train, like when the Onion prints an opinion piece by a battery

‘Comics have always been about community.’ Black voices find space at Comics in Color. - The Boston Globe Over 200 people attended Boston's sixth annual "Comics in Color Festival," which highlighted the work of Black artists in an art form where they have traditionally been underrepresented.

"“Comics have always been about community,” [Zac Scandura, a Boston University student] said. “There’s plenty of events like this everywhere in Boston.”"

WHY IS IT SNOWING

1 day ago 4 0 1 0

potentially this is why other artists tend to ‘get it.’ you dont put in that kind of time on something unless it has completely enveloped your heart. i think other artists tend to recognize that because they have felt it too

A few have suggested that some aspects of this mission--joy, international teamwork, diversity--are being played up to stick it to the hateful attitude of the administration. But I don't think it's that. I think it's just that those things are essential to and inseparable from a mission like this.

I JUST FOUND A FOURTH SOCK

We have our own laundry, so it’s not like I accidentally picked up a neighbor’s sock. It just came here from the Nowhere Space, I guess.

I have a pair of socks that I don’t actually remember acquiring, but they fit so I figured, well, might as well wear them.

Tonight, after doing the laundry, I found a third one.

A man and a little girl run down a hill, looking back over their shoulders in terror. The little girl holds a large blue egg under her arm. Behind them, an extremely large, menacing rabbit comes slowly over the hill towards them, with an empty basket on its back.

If you get self-conscious about posting repeated promo, let me give you all my long-standing promo-hack, for free. (I'm not currently using it, but I will be soon! lol)

This is a site without an algo, but also one that does not punish links. So what you want to do is make a strategic thread.

also seriously, no matter how much you are posting i promise you someone has not heard of your book / movie / tv show / comic etc

Please do this, lots! Authors need the boost and I need more books to read!

Exactly! I follow a lot of writers and I want to know about their books, but I follow them because I either already liked their work or they say interesting things
