This is all so stupid, it really defies analysis.
Two reasons: 1) There are factions within Iran and not all of them appreciate the 'victory' declared by the President and Foreign Minister; and 2) This is what happens when you target a General Staff - you break up the command-and-control system. Dispersed unit commanders are acting in isolation.

Great news that there is apparently a ceasefire. But hard to know how long it will last. Trump calls Iran’s 10 point plan “a workable basis on which to negotiate.” But hard to imagine U.S. accepting Iran charging a $2M toll on oil tankers, ending all U.S. sanctions on Iran, or the other terms.
