A view across Brotherswater with Hartsop Dodd reflected in the lake. The hill behind shows the ridge of Caudale Moor, always a knee killer when descending
Another picture of Hartsop Dodd and Caudale Moor taken from Brothers water mid march. The breeze dropped a little creating almost mirror like conditions.

Glad you like it. I come down here with the dogs quite often to swim in the summer and just take in the views and reflections π
A cold frosty start to the day and lovely reflections of the hills on the edge of Brotherswater. A slight breeze meant the reflected hills in the water were slightly blurred. Blue sky, clear air a small cottage with a smoking chimney
Hartsop and Grey Crag taken from Brotherswater in the Lake District. Captured mid March before a days walking. A cold start to the day with clear views

Im not a big fan of dawn photography i find it tough to get up π€ͺ but it seems in my limited experience to give the best chances of these sorts of conditions especially on the East of the UK eg Northumberland. I usually do sunsets as im primarily based in the West of the UK π«£
