A mule deer buck in rough shape, his ear was drooping and the fur on his back was discolored and "patchy" at best. I hope his condition improves over time.

It's crazy how fast their antlers grow. A little over a month ago, some of the bucks barely had small spikes.

I ran across this nice little Coues deer buck yesterday. The 400-800mm has been fun to shoot with. This is at 800mm with a slight crop on the left. I was almost able to fill the frame with the extra reach. Happy Friday all. Hatch
