I stopped reporting on hydrogen projects three years ago. There was a lot of hype at the time. After interviewing a number of engineers and economists who were pretty blunt about the many technical difficulties involved. I decided to wait until the technology was further along.

Define "serious analysts." Or "credible analysts." Is OPEC a serious analyst? ExxonMobil? US EIA?
