Young Powerful Owlet falls asleep while intently watching some ducks. This is my favourite Owlet movie ever. We always finish our Powerful Owl talks with it zzzzzzzz

Very cool. Well done.
Love it!

I’m hoping to coincide a visit to the UK next year with the bluebells. (Assuming there are normal flight routes again 🙄)
Dappled sunlight and shadows on a thick-trunked tree in woodland where a gently rising slope is covered in the green and blue of wild native English Bluebells. Camera: Canon EOS 400D digital. 50mm lens.
Trees in an English woodland are upstaged this month by the stupendous carpet of deep blue as millions of Bluebells cover a slope. Later the trees will dominate the scene again.

This is the image (nearly identical) in my memories from my trail riding Graham! It brings me great joy to see this 🥰
Thank you for sharing.
One of the most widespread types of forest in Australia’s high country is facing an existential threat. We need bold action before it is too late.
I’m in the same boat right now. (Pun just realised 😂).
🙂
So sorry for your grief Bob. Such wonderful memories you have of her. The day your family rescued her was the best of her life.

Love your photography 🙂
A small part of a very large group of red-winged blackbirds, males and females, caught in flight.

Yes. Hence the conspiracy 😉. It was a piece of sweet potato. He was a good boy and didn’t take it before given permission.
This unfocused shot was earlier when all there was, was hope.
Thank you Alan 😊
I’ve spent so many hours watching these birds, I’m finally able to ‘sometimes’ anticipate their behaviour, but their speed usually defeats me. I need much more practice than I currently have time for.
Thank you! 🙏🏻

This made me smile. 😊
