Something I need to keep reminding new talent is that when you audition for something, don't solely focus on getting cast as one of the roles offered.

Put your name into the hat knowing that someone will hear you regardless of result.

You may open a door even if you're not chosen for a role.

It's easy to log on to social media and post "trans rights are human rights".

Go check on your trans friends, support trans creators, hire trans workers, share art made by trans folks, and give both middle fingers to anyone trying to stop them from living their lives.
