it's more like during the pain events, i have a loaaad of tiny gallstones so it would be impossible to never eat but obviously if i have something high fat or sugar for example during the pain event it can make it worse apparently :')

It's so incredibly rare in other communities and where modders get paid it's usually like a donation while the mod itself is free??
Oh definitely don't think there's anything wrong with it, i think if people are willing to pay for someone's content then hell yeah.
It's just not necessarily seen in other communities as an income stream, and there doesn't seem to be this culture of expecting to pay for mods etc

I love modders and cc creators and stand by that but outside of the sims community you rarely see it as an income stream or side hustle, more of a hobby?

In no other gaming community is it as common and normalised for modders to get paid as it is with The Sims community, especially The Sims 4 community.

After EA announced the Sims 4 Marketplace, I joked about making my own "billboard" for CC creators.
Well, it works! I finished a framework for main menu override that highlights free community content for PC/Mac. It updates automatically and I’ll be opening sign-ups for free creators soon!
