The only thing that worked for my son when he was younger (doesn't suffer any more 🤷‍♂️) was a prescription nasal spray.

My set up is on the kitchen table and I look out of the patio doors at the bird / squirrel feeders.

I could in theory sit out in the garden as the WiFi does work but people are cutting their grass so not good for calls.
