But it's definitely my least favorite of the three films, as I just fundamentally disagree with the thematic core of the film. I can respect it, but I'm just too much of an embittered ex-Catholic to really accept even the well-meaning messaging here.
Still, I've enjoyed the films overall.

Finishing off my night with Wake Up Dead Man. A murder mystery about the Catholic Church is appropriate, I suppose, but my feelings towards said church are....well, let's just say I'm a little tentative. Still, I've really enjoyed these films today, so I hope I can end it happily.

Also the cast are all good as well. Even though it's mostly an act, it's nice to see Craig get more-some pretty good tears on display.
And Janelle Monae is quite good a playing just a regular gal trying to rise to the occasion. More loose and charismatic than her later attempts.

This was really fun! Good performances and smart filmmaking from Johnson. Not sure I'm totally catching Blanc's donut flavored metaphors though.😅

Starting the first #KnivesOut. Was not expecting Daniel Craig to go Deep South with his accent. 😅
I'd potentially complain about its accuracy if I hadn't been forced to listen to Lindsey Graham and the rest of the Strom Thurmond brigade in Congress this past decade. Not too far off, honestly.

#KnivesOut is Rian Johnson! That's his other good #movie. I haven't seen The Glass Menagerie of Onions or whatever the 2nd is called, but I thoroughly enjoyed the original, plus it was my 1st exposure to Ana De Armas.

Brick & Knives Out! are both good #movies to me. I owe RJ an apology.
