Es folgen acht nummerierte Klauseln, jeweils mit einem rot angehakten Kontrollkästchen: § 1 Die Modelle wurden mit gestohlenen Daten trainiert. § 2 Diese Daten wurden von ausgebeuteten Arbeiterinnen und Arbeitern annotiert. § 3 Sie akzeptieren die ökologischen Kosten der Rechenzentren. § 4 Sie lagern einen Teil Ihrer Fähigkeiten an ein Unternehmen aus. § 5 Diese Unternehmen haben kein tragfähiges Geschäftsmodell. § 6 Sie geben großen Tech-Konzernen und ihrer Weltsicht mehr Macht. § 7 Sie räumen den Vereinigten Staaten mehr Macht ein. § 8 All dieser Aufwand hätte auch anders eingesetzt werden können. Unter den Klauseln steht kursiv: „Wenn Ihnen einer dieser Punkte neu ist, haben Sie Ihre Sorgfaltspflicht nicht erfüllt." Am unteren Rand ein großer roter Button mit der Aufschrift „Ich akzeptiere" und daneben in winziger, kaum lesbarer grauer Schrift das Wort „ablehnen". Die Gestaltung parodiert bewusst typische Software-Lizenzvereinbarungen, um die oft unbewusst akzeptierten Kosten generativer KI sichtbar zu machen.
