Last night I lost my engagement ring, which also happens to be a family heirloom from my partner's gran, and the priciest thing we own (we had it appraised for insurance purposes).
It ended up being stuck to my phone charger. I've lost weight, and the magnetic force pulled it off my finger. Wild.

Omg but that means now you get to experience them for the first time! I'm jealous. The OG Galaxy is one of my favourite games, so I was even getting teary at the music call backs to its soundtrack. They got me good, haha.

Caught up with season two of Frieren last night, and it's impossible not to get teary watching that series. I know it has its faults (weird demon fascism), but the message of 'you should treasure the moments with your friends as those are days you'll look back on the most' hits harder every episode.
I would add: if narrative teams in particular don't have long term job security and constantly shuffle from studio to studio, all AAA game stories are going to end up sounding the same
If you haven't played it yet, get that film grain filter and motion blur turned off stat, and you'll have a better time.

I've been playing the Fatal Frame 2 Crimson Butterfly Remake after I finished RE9, and I'm really enjoying terrifying myself all over again. There are some performance issues on PS5, but the combat feels even more satisfying this time around.
Plus, you get Hinako's outfit from SHf for free. 🦋

Right? It's common courtesy. Yet I've met people who said it was "the staff's job" to tidy it. I fall this under a similar thing of not getting when people leave restaurants in a mess - it takes no time at all to clean up after yourself. Just dae it!
Let me tell ya, having to clean up hundreds of aisles like this in 30 seconds max before another 250 people come in and make the same mess is not fun - and I worked in a small indie-type cinema with less kids showing up.
I simply do not want to be pals with people who think this is okay.
I hate that! Since sharing my hypothyroidism diagnosis online years ago, I'd get recommendations to "just take" some herb, and everything will be okay. If they were recommending weed, I'd get it, but walking in Holland and Barrett ain't gonna help anything.
