Except when they're not, in the ice storm a few years ago we lost 3 large leaning maples just on Hutchison between Bernard and Van Horne. Their roots are usually pretty compromised compared to their more upright brethren.

If Apple got rid of forced depreciation I would be WAY more impressed.

Active memory works different. On a Mac only the app in focus uses memory but on PC everything open sucks memory. That's why you can use Adobe on Mac and have 4 things open plus your browser. On PC Photoshop and Lightroom at the same time is a snail race.
