This would mean that you'd receive 15 compatible xCur files from me, but be required to rename them yourself to whatever you want them to be used for, and then it's as easy as moving them to the right location and selecting it from your appropriate Cursor settings menu.

It seems I can provide the .theme files, folder structure, and xCur formatted files (in fileless format) with no issue.
But it seems that they need to be named not only to the Linux specifications, but have multiple duplicate copies to account for legacy(?) versions, or weird use cases.

I have been considering adding .ini files to automatically set up the cursors via an install. But I personally enjoy doing them manually, and it's nice teaching users know how to do it.
I think it will be useful regardless, so I may add those with this update too.
I am going to be updating my cursor-readme file with updated instructions for Windows 11, as well as an updated contact info section, since I do not use Twitter anymore.
If anyone has had further issues please let me know!

I include a text guide with the download showing how to set them up on Windows PCs! It's a clear step-by-step that should be easy to follow.
For other Operating Systems they will not work (as far as I've been told, I do not have Linux or Mac systems)
