Everyone keeps saying “Gen Z is the future of alcohol.”
Here’s the reality.
Gen Z was 4% of buyers last year.
Gen X and Boomers drove 70% of sales. Millennials added another 25%.
Everyone’s tired.
But no one’s confused.
We already know what’s broken.
So when we say,
“Let’s wait and see”…
See what?
The fix isn’t big or clever.
It’s boring.
Answer the phone.

Fix the menu.
