Do I have any #twitchers in my audience at all? If so, can anyone identify this #bird please? Spotted in the waters of #Lymington, #Hampshire, UK. It dived under water a lot, presumably #hunting only popping up occasionally, many meters from where it dove making getting a good shot rather difficult

Yes indeed. I was fortunate enough to work on one of the sites (when most of the pics here were taken) back in 2023. Loved it. Sadly the company itself had no clue about how to treat staff and I didn't quit my career to take sh1t from inexperienced idiots ๐
