I mostly do it to practice my speaking English and to train my voice a bit, as I'm not the most talkative person. It seems like it actually worked out for me, as it has indeed improved my language :)
I have a confession. When I play retro RPGs, I like to voice act everyone. Not just women, literally EVERYONE, adjusting my voice to sound deeper for male characters. I'm not a pro and I most likely sound silly, but I'm sure as hell it will make for a more memorable experience, than AI will ever do

Apparently it's going to be a sequel folowing an entirely deifferent set of characters, which is... eh, sounds less exciting to me? ^^' Altough the art I saw does look very close to the original game, so that's nice.

Kinda in the same boat. I want to switch from animation job to a full time comic making, but I have to rely on my animation job for now as it is the only source of income i have, and I can't do anything else. What keeps me writing my story is not only my dream, but it also a bit of a therapy for me

Ah, that's a good place to start. I remember doing linocut printing when I was in college in early 2010s. I think some of it were even shown in a local small art gallery, but I unfortunately don't have them on me anymore.
You know, you work does suit very well for woodcrafting. Maybe even for wood-block printing. Have you ever thought of doing one?
