School-aged youth are particularly sensitive to life changes and events, and it is critically important that their mental health is tended to as they adapt to new circumstances and build resilience.
As the school year progresses, we want to take a moment and celebrate our School-Based Counseling team! In Del Valle ISD, our counselors have served 417 students, providing assessments, connection to resources, and creating comprehensive plans of care with school administrators and families.
We remain committed to providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Travis County.
