Puh das weiß ich gar nicht mehr. Ich glaube durch regex und dann die entsprechenden Worte ersetzt. Gab da ne Java-API für... Ist zu lange her
Hab's mit meinem bot auch schon erlebt 😕
Did someone already complain that #GitHub releases can't be sorted server side?
Yes, found a Stack Overflow Question from 2022 w/ someone from GitHub saying "we're on it"...
I verify all my automated downloads at work and I'm waiting to become well known, because I found a supply chain attack.
Probability: close to 0.
But at least I checked GnuPG sigs, sha256sum and OpenSSL sigs.
Die @finanz-informatik.bsky.social ist auch in diesem Jahr wieder als Sponsor beim #JavaForumNord dabei. Vielen Dank dafür.
Uhm...
In the Bsky android app I get this.
respond to this with an image from a movie that always cheers you up, but don't name the movie. just share an image.

It's going to be the default in 3.10! And 3.10 will also support user wide extensions, the same way that Maven 4 does.
That's at least the current plan, no promises. 😉
Thanks 😃
Grab the slides while they're hot! 😃

We can't speed up the compiler, but we can help people structure their project in a better way. 😉
I'm really looking forward to Mimir, I'll try to add that as an honourable mention.
Best of luck! 🍀
See you in Offenbach, hopefully. 😂

Fiber in-availability in Hannover
Nothing even planned... I'm in the East on the map, right where B65 ends
I wish I knew. Maybe the landlord, because I doubt they'd invest money for something they don't see need in. (Landlord is the city of Hanover).
A screenshot from Star Trek: Discovery showing Kovich (one of the very few characters in Star Trek to be seen in eyeglasses) on the right looking at Scooter the Muppet who is missing his trademark glasses. He looks straight at the camera with two little eyeballs that are honestly a little off-putting if you're familiar with the character.
Day 115 of inserting a Muppet into a Star Trek screenshot

It's 2026, I'm living in Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony. Over half a million population.
And still no fibre internet, 2026.
Oh, and Telekom (my ISP) has a peering handbrake in their network.
2026, that is. 😵💫
btrfs failed me twice now. First, ~6yrs ago when `mount -o recovery` segfaulted any system.
Today after deleting lots of files, just like so. Inconsistent data.
So, `mount -o ro`, rsync, make a new zfs pool instead, rsync everything back and never look at btrfs again. 🤷🏻♂️
Me? Haven't touched Java 8 in years and Windows in decades... I'm (on paper) one of the Maven Maintainers. 😉
TIL that @maven.apache.org surefire depends on the wmic tool on #windows - which was recently dropped without a replacement by Microsoft.
Now if you use Java 9+, we can work around that, but surefire on Java 8 on Windows? Meh. ☹️
