Hard to remember, it was a few years ago. However, being an “astute” traveller 😉 and seeing the “Kleine Komedie” neon sign in the photo, here is exactly where I took the photo 👇walking in the red arrow direction across the bridge.

👏 About 10 years ago I counted books on my shelves and divided it by the average number of books I read in a year. I would have to live far into my 100’s, keep reading at the same pace, and not buy another book to finish them all.

I hear you loud and clear 😄. I’ve thought about trying a loaf pan to get a higher less dense loaf. I’ve also seen suggestions to amp the rise by adding a little instant yeast, don’t rely on just the starter.
