These are not isolated incidents. Yesterday alone, 39 people were killed in Israeli attacks across Lebanon, bringing the death toll in Lebanon since March 2 to 1,461, according to official sources.

#Lebanon: Following yesterday's Israeli airstrike on a residential neighbourhood in #Beirut, five people were killed, including a 15-year-old girl and two Sudanese migrants. Fifty-two people, including eight children, were wounded, according to the Ministry of Public Health.
MSF condemns this attack and calls for protection of civilians and health facilities.
Strikes near hospitals spread fear and deter lifesaving care. MSF is deploying a mass-casualty kit and continuing support.
Civilians cannot be collateral damage.
“We are seeing elderly people and adolescents with critical head, chest, and abdominal injuries, including shrapnel wounds,” says Dr. Luna Hammad, MSF Medical Coordinator.
“Strikes on crowded areas without warning have severe human and hospital impacts.”
#Lebanon: Around 2pm Sunday, Israeli forces struck a densely populated area in Beirut, meters from Rafik Hariri Public Hospital, where MSF supports an ER doctor.
A mass-casualty influx followed. In the first hour: 4 killed, ~40 injured. More feared as rubble is cleared.
#Sudan: Today, a drone attack hit Al-Jabalain hospital. At least 10 people were killed, including seven medical staff. Some were former MSF colleagues.
MSF is supporting the response. We call for an immediate end to attacks on healthcare.

Israeli attacks continue to kill and injure people in #Gaza despite the #ceasefire.
In the aftermath, patients will endure long-term, life-altering physical and psychological wounds. MSF is providing trauma, surgical and rehabilitative care, as well as #mentalhealth support.
The injured children lost their mother in the attack, who was pregnant with twins.
“She was due in three months. Now, the kids lost both parents and their older sibling. The scene was horrific. Bodies flew in the air and shrapnel exploded everywhere,” says the children's aunt.
In the morning, MSF received four patients: an 11-year-old boy dead on arrival and his three siblings (two, six and 13 years-old) with moderate injuries.
Both parents were killed.
In the afternoon, the team treated five patients with shrapnel injuries, including severe cases.
On Mar. 15, Israeli strikes killed 13 people and injured many more during attacks in Deir-El-Balah, according to #Gaza’s Ministry of Health. In response, MSF teams treated nine patients at our field hospital.
