Such a beautiful photo, Kwebb! One of the best I've seen of Bear. Thanks for sharing it. Have a wonderful week. 🙏

Excellent, George! When you do those with your eyes closed (as noted on your sheet), you force your brain to stop relying on vision and rely on "proprioception" instead. You're "re-mapping" your internal GPS, which is what actually prevents falls when you're distracted or in low light.

I can imagine your life is VERY busy with 3 kids, Jeremiah! Glad you're still able to microdose. It's fortunate that small, intentional acts carry weight when you don't have time for rigid, hour-long workout. Keep stacking those microdose habits. 😊

An educational infographic titled "Top Anthocyanin-Rich Foods." The graphic is divided into five categories with illustrative icons:

Deep Blue & Purple Berries: Featuring blueberries, blackberries, elderberries, acai, and plums.

Red & Purple Grapes: Specifically highlighting Concord grapes.

Dark Cherries: Showing tart cherries.

Purple Root Vegetables: Including purple sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets.

Black & Purple Grains: Featuring black rice and purple corn.

At the center, a molecular structure of an anthocyanin (flavonoid) is displayed. Small icons next to each food group indicate health benefits such as "Antioxidant Protect," "Brain Support," "Heart Health," and "Inflammation Aid."

Why I’m adding more purple to my plate this week: Anthocyanins. 💜

These pigments are potent antioxidants that support brain health and help dampen inflammation. Whether it's blackberries, purple cabbage, or black rice, your body recognizes the color as a signal for repair.

Wellness Myth: You need a 90-minute morning routine to be "healthy."

Reality: 5 minutes of sunlight and a 2-minute "movement snack" (like stretching or air squats) can do more for your cortisol than a stress-inducing 10-step routine.

Who else is opting for "Micro-Wellness" this week? 🙋‍♀️

Yes, the system keeps reminding us: stay healthy, stay lucky, stay alert. Crazy that it's this way!

You said it well, Carla! Couldn't agree more. Despite his shortcomings, his life matters too. Hope he can get it straight!

Yes, a movie would be a big help. Anything that's a distraction. Ha! Ha! Deep breathing and meditation helps too, at least for me.

To steady your nervous system:

Slow your exhale.
Move gently.
Eat without rushing.
Say no sooner.
Protect your sleep window.
Warm bath before sleep.

That's so well said, Coach Chron! Trying to be perfect sets up barriers to success. Enjoy your week!

Agree, Carla! Those too! And, God forbid, if there's an emergency landing. I'm a white knuckle flyer. 😱

Beautifully said, Ava! Solitude really is like a natural editor. When life gets quiet, you finally see what’s been weighing you down and what’s been holding you up. Enjoy your Sunday!

Everyone’s talking about airport chaos and it makes me think about how our bodies handle it. Hours of stale air, cortisol spikes, zero sunlighy and we wonder why we land feeling like a different species. Modern travel is a stress experiment! 😱

Looks like a beautiful day, other than the wind, Kwebb! I'm sure the wind doesn't bother Bear and the other pups one bit. 🤣

Yes, perfection can become a trap that completely immobilizes you. You can never meet your own expectations, so why bother?

True! I saw this somewhere: small X many = significant. It’s true.😊

Solitude has a way of showing you what’s ready to fall away.
What remains is lighter, truer, and finally yours to grow from.

You said that perfectly, Jeremiah! Perfection won't get you as far as consistency, even if the consistent habits are smaller. I discovered that the hard way myself.
