As if life isn't throwing friction at you everyday, people who want more can go looking for it. Yikes.

So I'm using Claude for case research, and suddenly it's talking about how it can use the Constitution from memory because the Constitution is in the public domain.
Maybe Anthropic is a little concerned about all the copyright lawsuits...
Yeah, it's so disgusting. Rules for thee, not for me.
I guess the ratio of cowards to braves still favors the cowards.
Imagine if enough House and Senate GOP were disgusted by Trump to resign so that the Dems had a majority or super in both chambers.
The House and Senate could Impeach and Remove Trump *in minutes* if they wanted to.
Would be nice to see.
Hey, two weeks is still two more weeks for the reaper to do his job.
I'm no longer a believer but I might just pray for this one.
Well, at least you can still count on TACO Tuesday!
My fellow travelers on spaceship Earth:
We need to get this insane man out of power. He's compromised the mission and the ship itself. He may be an agent of the enemy.
Someone, for the sake of humanity, do something.
If this is the end, I guess I should say that its been nice knowing some of you, some of you I wish I could have known, and a lot of you can go fuck yourselves.

Many believe the SAVE plan for student loans is terminated due to a court order, with news outlets reporting its demise and loan servicers advising new repayment plans.
However, a serious legal analysis suggests the SAVE plan was never lawfully terminated.

In November 2024, Nintendo sued the developers of Palworld over three patents. Mechanics that have existed in dozens of games for decades. And every single one of those patents was filed *after* Palworld was already on the market.
Those patents have now been ruled invalid.

For nearly a year, the Government lied about the basis for ICE's Courthouse arrests. On March 25, 2026, the DOJ admitted to a federal judge that the government has been "mistakenly" misrepresenting the legal reasoning allowing it to make arrests at immigration hearings. youtu.be/7SQh_uPlFt8
U.S. District Courts are Protectionist to the detriment of some parties. The Federal Courts each decide for themselves how they admit attorneys, and some admit or require only local attorneys. For some defendants, that means they lose access to the best available representation.
Everyone knows staying up 24 hours while on Cocaine is no way to establish standards for Doctors to care for patients. But here we are, Doctors are expected to do 24 hour shifts because they adhere to a normal established by a guy on speed. They know it, and don't change it.

Thank you for the comfy feet from Luxembourg.
Jaw-dropping admission by DOJ to court.
DOJ admits to having repeatedly made "material mistaken" representations to judge - ICE never had authority (under 2025 Guidance) to conduct arrests at immigration courthouses!
DOJ admits court "relied on...prior misrepresentations."
DOJ blames ICE (page 2)
After last year's early access release debacle, many of us suspected foul play.

On 28 February 2026, the United States commenced combat operations to defend the American people against attacks and ongoing threats from the Islamic Republic of Iran, in cooperation with our ally Israel. These combat operations were undertaken to protect United States Armed Forces in the region, to ensure the free flow of maritime commerce through the Strait of Hormuz and to protect our regional allies and partners from Iran and its proxies. This is the latest stage in the ongoing international armed conflict that my Government previously addressed in a letter to this Council on 27 June 2025. The United States is taking these necessary and proportionate actions in exercise of the inherent right of self-defense as reflected in Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations. These combat operations are also being conducted in close cooperation with, and in the collective self-defense of, Israel. The Islamic Republic of Iran has rejected peaceful coexistence and chosen international armed conflict with Israel as well, waging an unprovoked religious war of annihilation against a once-friendly United Nations Member State located hundreds of miles distant from its borders. Since June 2025, the regime has also massively expanded its ballistic missile production for the purpose of overwhelming regional air defenses in order to provide a shield for its efforts to reconstitute its nuclear program, which it refuses to relinquish. Gaming the international legal system, the Iranian regime routinely seeks to conceal its unlawful acts and to shield itself from accountability by, among other things, deploying proxies such as Hamas, Hizballah and the Houthis. For example, in a letter dated 5 February 2024, my Government reported that the regime’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its partners and proxies had attacked United States personnel and facilities in Syria and Iraq. That letter identified nine prior letters sent to this Council between 2021 and 2024, a period th…

Somewhat unexpectedly, the US government has submitted an Article 51 letter to the UNSC articulating the US int'l law justification for attacking Iran.
As someone who used to help draft these letters for the USG, I find the administration's legal arguments completely unconvincing. 1/n

@msrachelforlittles.bsky.social has once again condemned the killing of innocent children.
It is unbelieveable that we are on a timeline where the host of a children's program needs to remind the adults in the room that the dead kids are the same as their own kids,
y'know, like, empathy.
