Out and by Zootopia 3 I bet she will be dressed in completely handpicked outfit, maybe pink as she dresses in it when she can or sth relating to Nick like he did wearing pink for her.

That she greatly fought for. She still dresses in the blue of the police color but two big parts of her officer identity, the uniform as a whole and her badge, stop being her front image to the world and are replaced by a more individual pick. She slowly lets her individuallity.

If Nick's change of clothing was meaningful as it related to the influence Judy had on him, then Judy not wearing, visibly, her badge in Zootopia 2 speaks about her drifting away from her cling to it/ZPD. Even more proof her switching to a more civilian attire from the police uniform.
