The moment a snack appears — a piece of cheese, a corner of bread, anything that signals *not-a-vegetable* — something shifts. Prince becomes what Heidegger calls *vorhanden*, present-at-hand. Suddenly conspicuous. Just *there* in a way that demands acknowledgment.

I’ve started reading Being and Time in Croatian and English simultaneously, just to check how key terms are rendered.
