On 28 November, George Sandul, @gotrudovi legal director, joined the Advisory Council under the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
This event is part of the program “Trade Unions Fighting Inequality and Reconstructing Peace and Democracy in Ukraine”, implemented by the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) in partnership with the NGO Labor Initiatives, with financial support from Norway.
Participants also explored Norwegian approaches to collective bargaining. Asle Reime, former national secretary of Forbundet Styrke, shared key insights from Norway’s labor relations model.
LI lawyers George Sandul and Inna Kudinska led a session on collective agreements amid ongoing labor law changes, focusing on the effective use of ILO/EU standards and core labor rights in local and sectoral bargaining.
From 26–29 November in Vinnytsia, @gotrudovi held a training for union leaders of Atomprofspilka. The program combined legal updates on collective bargaining in wartime Ukraine with practical negotiation tactics and conflict-resolution tools.
