Yeah. I'm honestly into the blurring of social media handles and URLs so I feel like the non-TLD approaches interest me the most. But I'd forgotten a custom TLD was on the table👀 so I'd like to think about it more!
Oh I just meant everyone would get the .handle in their livestream URL! Like you’d be /eli.handle and /settings.handle would mercifully not lose their livestream❤️

I’m not sold on the idea of the custom-hidden-TLD handles either — although in this case couldn’t you use the underlying “username.handle” hostname?

A discussion I had with @pfrazee.com @bnewbold.net and @dholms.at at the conference that I wanted to dig as a community is a TLD for atproto handles.
Lots of challenges, but I think I'm looking forward to a world where I'm @goto (syntactic sugar for goto.handle) on the web rather than @sgo.to
