CEP-59: Graceful Disconnect for #ApacheCassandra!

When a node shuts down, it now signals connected drivers via an in-band GRACEFUL_DISCONNECT event. Drivers stop new queries, let in-flight requests finish, then reconnect — no more client-side timeouts on restarts 🔄
