A scourge that has caused enough grief might become targeted by a well armed army. They would get tracked down and attacked, starting a battle that could escalate to war if there's no clear winner at the end.
Scourges (psyrap packs/families) will scuffle with other scourges if resources are lacking and neither wants to go. They technically also are going to war when they raid settlements, and those could be seen as genocides as the battle is often one sided and psyrap violence knows no bounds.

Excluding sex, psyrap fun is usually a cheap thrill. A challenging race, wrestle, game of chase, or sport hunting. When not hungry, toying with prey is very common - even forcing them to put on a performance.
The main "tool" at a disadvantaged psyraps disposal is their scourge, as all members can rely on other psyraps to be strong in whatever areas they are weak, and vice versa.
Psyrap language is partially signed, so a deaf psyrap doesn't have much of a hurdle understanding their brethren. Psyraps are not visually based, so blind psyraps can barely be singled out. Only a psyrap born with a lack of smell would experience struggle, as the psyrap world is HEAVILY scent based.

Psychoraptors are prodigious droolers. Even when not lusting for blood or sex, you will find a trickle escaping their overbites. This smelly secretion adds to the laundry list of reasons psyraps stink, but it helps flush out bacteria and debris from their filthy maws.

Hi I know I've been mostly gone here but I'm in a ROUGH spot monetaily.

Examples:
In typical psyrap society, birth disabilities are not mocked nor avoided, but neither are they "fixed" with aids or prosthetics. The disabled psyrap grows up learning how to adapt via trial and error, their family treats them no differently, and thus the individual has no concept of being disabled.
Psychoraptors are born as monsters, and after a few years will experience their first shift into masterform ("anthro"). From then on most are able to shift back and forth somewhat freely - although it requires a mana source, a time frame, and also the transformation causes discomfort or even pain.
