The message is already reaching his audience. The goal is not to stop that. The goal is to stop the spread to other audiences which legitimizes him & increase his influence.
This is basic stuff that people have fallen for time after time, and those who do contribute to America's increasing fascism.

If a mainstream outlet straightforwardly described republican views this way they’d be inundated with criticism bsky.app/profile/leba...
From now on, before anyone in the U.S. says anything, other countries should ask: "Do you condemn your fascist regime?"
So many people here expect everyone to first condemn X regime to speak about any injustice. Let's see how it feels when the shoe is on the other foot.
There are concerns in Israel about ceasefire agreement, says AP source By SAM METZ That’s according to a person familiar with the situation who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not allowed to speak to the media. The person said Israel would like to achieve more in the war with Iran.
Your regular reminder that Israel does not literally control America, even if it has significant influence.
Particularly true with Trump, whose entire personality is based off authoritarian control.
Believing otherwise flies in the face of logic and evidence. And it is a conspiracy theory.
I literally explained it in the post
Why would they critique their leader?
A striking tactical error in the effort (aided by Canary Mission etc.) to silence Palestine protestors: Trump took what was a largely inchoate, faceless, leaderless movement and gave it a face and voice. A person to rally around, yes, but also ideas that now live in the world and contest for power.
So-called "less than lethal" ammunition used by LAPD and by ICE/DHS are extremely dangerous. I've been at protests where these were used purposefully to shoot at journalists, one of whom suffered a major head injury. Now this one last week.

Ironically it was reported that the dead guy didn't want him. The attack almost certainly led to deeper extremism as opposed to less.
Tucker Carlson does not care about war crimes, nor even non-interventionism.
What he cares about is two main things:
1. Enriching himself and profiting off wherever he thinks sentiment is turning
2. Spreading white nationalism far and wide
Uplifting his statements as legit helps him do both.
It's the entire ethos they follow, though. The principle isn't "no wars" or anything else.
It's:
1. Reality and truth are not objective but determined by us
2. Power is all that matters, and it's our job to grab it
3. The ends always justify the means. See 2 for the ends.
When Trump's targets don't back down, he's left looking a fool.
Like all bullies, he depends on preemptive surrender. When that doesn't happen, his game is exposed.
It's a dark joke on all of us that a brutal regime is better at this than universities and Dems who claim to fight for freedom here.
I don't think we talk enough about how 2016 happened because of Obama and 2024 happened because of BLM.
Or to be a bit clearer, white America's reaction to each.
lol yes. I have no idea
This is a far worse accusation
This war is horrible and Trump is a POS.
That doesn't change the fact that the Iranian regime is a horrific violator of human rights.
Just like you don't have to hand it to white nationalists, you also don't have to hand it to regimes which just recently murdered thousands of their own citizens.
If you are a politician, or anyone with incredible influence and power, you have a responsibility to not shoot off your mouth because your comms person sent you a few clips, yes.
It should be insanely obvious that clips can be distorted. And even if not, the responsibility to verify matters.
To be clear: you can think Piker has said antisemitic things, of course. You can refuse to go on his show. Etc.
But if you are making decisions based off clips going around, you are not doing your job and you should be ashamed.
On Pod Save America, @booker.senate.gov admits that he hadn't even heard of Hasan Piker until a few days ago.
This despite his claim he wouldn't appear on the show due to antisemitism concerns. His reason: his comms director showed him the "most outrageous" clips.
Unbelievably irresponsible.
Screenshot of a post on X by Susan Abulhawa (@susanabulhawa), posted April 5, 2026 at 8:55 AM with 8,217 views. The post reads: "Happy Easter to all Christians struggling to protect their faith from Jewish supremacy—their spit, their bombs, their hate—and the contempt of the Epstein class." Below is a quote post from Jose Ignacio Munilla (@ObispoMunilla), a Spanish bishop, dated April 4, with a translated message: "I have chosen these Catholics from Lebanon as ambassadors to wish you a Happy Easter... May no difficulty or persecution keep us from confessing our faith before the world! Christ is risen! Congratulations!" The quote post includes a video thumbnail showing a street scene in Lebanon with people on motorcycles.

As antisemitic conspiracy theories & language evolve, we must keep up.
Abulhawa's post is a perfect example of a new dynamic. Connecting the idea of "Jewish supremacy" with "the Epstein class" is an old form of antisemitism grafted onto new conspiracy theories.
Let's explore why:
Calling them cowards implies they aren’t on board with his behavior. Of course, the exact opposite is true. They are willing and enthusiastic accomplices.
Those who aren’t have since retired or are retiring. The rest are no different than Trump.

I wrote about how the campaign against trans people in the United States is one of social murder.

Honored to be included, thank you!
Happy Trans Visibility Day!
Remember that trans hate is a scam funded by billionaires to rip you off and keep us hating the vulnerable instead of them!
On that note, I loved this conversation between @esqueer.net and @eladn.bsky.social, so I tried to write about it.
Why do we need to include others in the fight against antisemitism? Here is a perfect example.
The ADL's "Mamdani Monitor" has turned into a form of anti-Muslim surveillance. It does not protect Jews, it targets dissent and makes the fight against antisemitism no more than a fight for Islamophobia.
🧵It’s crucial that Americans closely watch the next two weeks in Hungarian politics.
Trump is really, really invested in making sure Orban wins the April 12 election.
So are Bibi, Milei, Wilders, and AfD head Alice Weidel. They’ve all shown up to campaign. Vance likely going next week.
