It is baffling watching folks call the Mario Galaxy movie “the end of cinema” - the whole thing was such a delight? Every bit of lore, every little nod, felt so thoughtfully considered.

Also Bowser and Jr’s relationship? Absolutely top tier, breathtaking, stunning, incredible.

The movie had me smiling the whole time, I have this strong urge to take 3 weeks off work and play through all the recent Mario games I’ve missed.
