i have both a therapist and a nurse practitioner. but the nurse practitioner is mostly for medical stuff and diagnosis

and that's nothing to be ashamed of! there are other ways of helping people!

if it were off the clock that would be one thing but i really don't think it's possible to trauma dump on a therapist your paying to listen to you talk about shit?

like even if it was an intake appointment, shouldn't a therapist be ready for someone having a crisis to launch into it with a therapist?
