Well chuffed with my #6amclub 10mile run; moved from last wk due to the weather & paced it really well!! Steady up to mile 7 & got faster for the next 3miles & hit my target of 2hrs & I did hills twice! PT legs are obv working! #marathon #training #runchat #running ❤️🏃♀️🥳

After morning cross trainer & bike workouts at the gym, #6amclub, went for a rather nice, nearly 5mile walk with hubby, round Coate & up over the downs across Devizes' very own Heathrow! Icy, frosty, chilly but so refreshing! Winter walks are so wonderful! #ukrunchat #walking #nature 🥶❤️
