Typography can make or break the player experience… and it’s one of the easiest things to overlook. Here's some quick hits:
1️⃣ ALL CAPS → use sparingly + add tracking
2️⃣ Stylized fonts → keep them out of body text
3️⃣ Low contrast → prioritize readability

I think everyone does this at least once when caught up in an idea - spend far too long creating components for a concept before figuring out if it might actually work as a game.
