Industrious will expand to manage 291,600 sq ft across 18 floors, creating the largest single flexible office footprint globally. The project is expected complete by Q4 2026.The plan includes a third-floor meetings and conference center for up to 120 people and a reimagined 24th-floor sky lobby with F&B, wellness, showers, parenting suite and event space.
