It's one of those unfair moments where you think if I schedule a ride for 12:40, why should I have to be ready at 12:30? However, it's either be ready early or risk getting to work late. Learning what to expect allows you to plan accordingly, fair or not. Control what you can control. #CPChatNow

Yes, that’s a good idea. But wow 20 minutes early! I know medical transport can be super early. In doctor waiting rooms, I’ve heard patients check-in an hour before their appointment and most say it was the van driver arriving early. #CPChatNow

True. The only time I was extremely late was because the Uber driver was 20 minutes early and left after five minutes. I didn't even realize that the driver had been there until I looked at the app. After that I started paying closer attention to the position of my Uber. #CPChatNow
