Seeing Lewis #Capaldi back at #Glastonbury reminds me that #Mentalhealth can be dealt with, and even if you’re feeling low and can’t see it then, there WILL BE better times if you get (and accept) the right help. But also it’s not a “once off” fix, you need to stay on it and recognise the signs
