A digitally shaded, grey pencil drawing of the Avatar Gang, from Avatar the Last Airbender. The six of them are sitting on the floor together, wearing their fire nation outfits. On the left is Toph, leaning against Katara's back with her side. She's cut off the top of a pumpkin and now wears it as a hat, and is pulling the insides of the pumpkin out, in a kind of gore-y way. She seems quite amused and a little grossed out at the same time. Katara's pumpkin lies in her lap and she's serenely carving wavy and curly shapes into it, using waterbending. In the back Suki shows Aang her pumpkin to Aang: she has carved out Avatar Kyoshi's face. The light inside is lit, so that the eyes glow like she's in the avatar state. Suki seems very proud. Aang is so excited to see this that he lifts himself in the air slightly with the soles of his feet pressed against each other. He holds on to his own pumkin tightly, in which he has carved out the mask with the happy face he got at the fire nation avatar festival. It matches his own expression rather well. Zuko sits in the foreground. He's carved a dragon into his pumpkin and is currently testing it by fire bending a light inside. He looks quietly pleased. Sokka kneels behind him, looking at his pumpkin critically. He carved a traditional pumpkin face, and it may be a little more jagged than he intended it to be. His sword lies next to him on the floor.

In 2015 I drew the #Gaang with their pumpkins, each on separate pages of my small sketchbook. This year I wanted to draw them together :)) The shading's not to my liking yet (life isn't very fun rn & this took all the creativity I have atm) I might colour it properly later.
