So yeah, we didn’t lose electricity during the freeze but our water got pretty spotty even with wrapping the pipes & outdoor faucets & keeping under sink cabinets open. We lost internet for a few days but as of noon today both the internet and usual water access is back🎉

Houston is opting out of the winter storm for now and just having normal cold weather and sunshine. The good news is that I still have power!

Still working on fine tuning. Looks like rain will go longer. Freezing rain and refreeze still a concern Saturday night to Monday morning for dicey roads and possible power outages.
Be prepared for at least one day without power and upwards of three.
