“받는 것도 안 받는 것도 자유”…주우재, 길거리 전단지 관련 소신 발언 #ISTP #오늘의주우재 #주우재 모델 겸 방송인 주우재가 길거리에서 나눠주는 전단지에 대해 소신 발언했다. 이달 23일 유튜브 채널 ‘오늘의 주우재’에는 ‘주먹을 부르는 사연 | ISTP 주우재의 인생 고민상담소’라는 제목의 영상이 올라왔다. 해당 영상에는 주우재가 네티즌들의 고민에 대해 조언하는 모습이 그려졌다. 유튜브 채널 ‘오늘의 주우재’ 캡처  한 구독자는 ‘길거리에서 전단지 받아야 할까요?’라는 내용의 사연을 보냈다. 해당 구독자는 “저는 전단지를 나눠주면 어르신이든 다른 분들이든 안 받는 편이다. 안 받는 이유는 받아서 보지도 않고 버릴 건데 받는 게 더 종이 낭비라고 생각한다”라고 밝혔다. 또 해당 구독자는 “종교적인 의미가 담긴 전단지도 많다 보니 어느 순간부터 받지 않게 됐다. 근데 친구는 우리가 전단지를 받기만 하면 그분들의 일이 끝나는 거라고 받아야 한다고 하더라”라며 말했다. 이를 들은 주우재는 “저는 법을 지키는 것 외에는 ‘꼭 그래야만 한다’라는 생각에 저를 가두는 걸 되게 싫어하는 사람이다. ‘어떤 상황에서는 이래야만 한다’라는 건 없다고 생각한다. 남에게 피해 주지 않는 선에서 본인 나름대로 생각하는 게 맞다고 생각한다”라고 자신의 생각을 전했다. 더불어 주우재는 “저는 사실 그때그때 다르다. 전단지 주시는 상황들이 생기면 주로 나눠주시는 분들의 태도를 본다. 약간 화를 내시는 분도 있고 지나가다가 앞에 툭 하시는 분도 계신다. 그런 경우는 ‘죄송합니다’ 하고 지나간다. 반면 피해를 안 주시게끔 하려는 분들도 있는데, 그런 경우는 먼저 가서 받기도 한다”라며 말했다. 구독자가 전단지를 받는 게 종이 낭비라고 칭한 것에 대해 주우재는 “그 말은 의미가 없는 게 이분들은 그게 다 낭비가 돼야 일이 끝나는 경우가 많을 거다. 그래서 본인이 받든 안 받든 종이가 낭비되는 건 똑같을 거다”라고 지적했다. 이어 주우재는 “전단지를 안 받았다고 해서 친구가 ‘어른들에 대한 예의가 아니야’라고 한다면, 전단지 보다 친구를 먼저 쳐낼 것 같다. 물론 이 친구가 그렇게까지 얘기하진 않았겠지만, 받는 것도 안 받는 것도 자유다. 안 받았다고 해서 욕을 먹을 만한 일이 아니라고 생각한다”라며 덧붙였다.
