Travel ban lifted but motorists still urged to stay off roads as dig out continues The travel ban for Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable and Dukes counties is being lifted at noon, according to Gov. Maura Healey.

The #StateOfEmergency remains in #effect for all counties except for Berkshire, Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin. A number of communities, including #NewBedford, #FallRiver, #Brockton and #others, still have #LocalTravelRestrictions and #ParkingBans in place.
