Back in La Palma 🌿🐧
Fieldwork for #MACPuffinus #LIFE2030 is underway again, focusing on the ⚠️ #criticallyendangered 🔴 #ManxShearwater subspecies of Macaronesia.

This event was made possible thanks to the support of several EU–funded projects, including #CLIMAREST, @twilighted-eu.bsky.social, #MACPuffinus, and #LIFEFreiras. It also received contributions from the Ma’at Environment Fund, which supports the MARE-Madeira Youth Ambassadors program.

Esta información ayudará a identificar nuevas #KBAs proteger mejor sus hábitats.

Pero, además, nos permitirá encontrar posibles zonas de nidificación 🥚🐣 de esta especie entre la inaccesible laurisilva 🌳de los barrancos de #LaPalma.
