I got bit by the #MarbleMarch gargoyle bug and *had* to get one and @erasedemon.bsky.social was so kind to scratch the itch in the best way possible.
Thank you SO much for feeding the brainworms, I’m still in awe how this turned out
So I've been into #lapideans a lot lately and I missed #marblemarch so, I figured I'd sorta make it up and turn my girlfriend @mellowemm.bsky.social into a golem. I haven't told her she can move yet so please enjoy the free art exhibit.

two gargoyles are doing their best to make out. one is lighter in color and monstrous, with a draconic beak, claws, and horns, huge fangs, and a mane curling around their neck. their extremities and several cracks throughout their body are tipped in opalescent gemstones. a crack down their side is split open into a wide, toothy maw. the other gargoyle is humanoid and demonic, with darker stone and red accents, red and black wings, actual hair styled into dreadlocks, and a ceremonial-looking set of armor. fire is springing up where the humanoid gargoyle is touching the other, and spilling from the mouths of the monstrous gargoyle, both on the side and the one that is biting the humanoid gargoyle in an attempt to kiss them. magma is dripping in small strands down their mane.

Finished a second piece of gargoyle Kitt to finish off #marblemarch! It probably needs a shorter plinth... but at least it should be turning back soon! (At least that's what it wants to think~)
