I see that a lot in #ceremonialmagick practice, especially as prep for the #LBRP & #MiddlePillar. I find w/ecstatic rites, movement is most helpful, as well as chanting. I usually teach Shamatha style meditation, grounding (roots) & circulation root to crown, then crown to root. #occultsky
