California gets less federal money than its residents and businesses pay in taxes By this measure, the state is one of the least reliant on the federal government.

IMO #NationalGuard actions in #CA #LosAngeles is THE test case for the use of #militaryforce; i.e. when (not if) the #InsurrectionAct and/or #martiallaw will be used nation-wide.
