After watching, I can understand the stylistic choices for #Moonface - allowing #NonsoAnozie to portray sincere, nuanced emotion. Nonso captures the character's combination of warm-heartedness and ego so well. It's a marvellous performance. #MagicFarawayTree
I can only hope this movie is so successful that there is a sequel in which the #Moonface makeup/effects styling is rectified
It must be said, however, that #Moonface should have had a round papier-mâché head that blended into his skin around eyes, mouth and tip of nose. From the books you get the vibe he's taking time off from being the actual 'man in the moon'. How he looks has been written in the sky for millenia 😔
